Lemon Aspen (Acronychia acidula) is a native rainforest fruit from tropical North Eastern Australia with an amazing aromatic citrus flavour with distinctly lemon with a uniquly subtle hint of grapefruit.  This powder has an intriguing complex secondary flavours that complements the food it is added too and is full of aroma so only little is needed to truley appreciate this native rainforest fruit.
 
Our fruit is grown on the farm, harvested, washed and sorted, airdried then blended into a fine powder.
